It was created by Najjar Industrial Trading co. to take part in one of the essential sections of the Jordanian Industrial scene, and was equipped with a state of the art foundry following the latest advance in casting technology to fulfill its role as a top quality manufacturer.
MAGMA has a modern provenance in line with the latest technological developments in the field of casting industry, equipped with the latest equipment and modern equipment to maintain the accuracy, and quality of products.
Planning and design
Magma made it a priority to use top quality computer systems, such as:
– Technical Drawing software (Solid Works).
– Magma soft casting software, a German specialized casting software used to ensure the Accuracy, and quality of the product.
– CNC router.
Quality
As a part of Magma’s focusing on delivering quality products, several international standards has been adapted (such as:ASTM, JIS, BS, DIN, AFNOR, GOST) for all testing processes. To achieve such goal, and to further the research, and development procedure, several laboratories were set up:
– Metal spectroscopy lab.
– Mechanical Testing Lab.
– Chemical testing lab.
– Sand testing lab to maintain the quality of the sand used.
– Metallographic lab to measure crystal percentage of metals.
